We are looking for an Administrator / Operations Coordinator who thrives in that environment. Someone who is highly organized, process-oriented, and takes pride in making sure everything runs exactly as it should.

What You’ll Do
You will support the backend operations that ensure each trip is executed accurately and efficiently.
Trip Logistics & Coordination
Manage and track reservations for accommodations, transportation, and experiences
Coordinate with our Italy-based partners to confirm details and availability
Ensure all trip components are properly documented and up to date
Support Travel Advisors by preparing and organizing trip details
Systems & Process Management
Maintain accurate records across planning tools, CRM, and internal systems
Follow and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
Track timelines, deadlines, and key milestones for upcoming trips
Identify gaps or inconsistencies and proactively resolve them
Quality Control & Detail Management
Review itineraries and bookings for accuracy and completeness
Ensure consistency across all client-facing materials
Double-check confirmations, dates, and logistics before final delivery
Help maintain a high standard of operational excellence

We are looking for a Travel Advisor who can listen well, think critically, and translate a traveler’s vision into a curated, well-executed experience.
What You’ll Do
You will work directly with clients to design and manage custom travel experiences throughout Italy.
Client Experience & Trip Design
Lead consultation calls to understand client goals, preferences, and travel style
Design bespoke itineraries tailored to each traveler
Guide clients through destination selection, pacing, and overall trip structure
Provide thoughtful recommendations based on firsthand knowledge and trusted partners
Planning & Execution
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, and experiences with our Italy-based team members
Build and refine detailed itineraries within our planning platform
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all trip details
Manage timelines, confirmations, and final trip preparation
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Social Media Intern to support our growing marketing efforts. This is a paid, hands-on role for someone who is creative, organized, and excited to learn how thoughtful marketing translates into real business growth.
What You’ll Do
You will work closely with our marketing team to support day-to-day content creation and execution across channels.
Social Media & Content
Assist in planning and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Write captions that reflect our brand voice and connect with our audience
Help create and format social posts, carousels, and short-form video content
Source and organize imagery and video for use across platforms
Content & SEO Support
Assist with blog formatting and publishing in Squarespace
Write and optimize meta descriptions, titles, and alt text
Support internal linking between blogs and destination pages
Help maintain consistency across website content
Marketing Operations
