From his home in Franklin, Tennessee, Italy has woven itself into the fabric of his family’s life. Married to his wife, Marianne, since 2000, he is a devoted father of two adult children and a proud grandfather. Though Italian by marriage, the culture quickly became something far deeper than a connection on paper. It became personal. Through family gatherings, shared meals, and time spent in Italy’s villages and cities, he came to understand that Italy is less about spectacle and more about belonging. It is a place where conversations linger, traditions are honored, and even the simplest moments feel meaningful.
As a Travel Advisor with Italy With Bella, he designs tailor-made journeys with care and precision, thoughtfully shaping each itinerary around the people who will experience it. He oversees the essential details — international and regional flights, car rentals, and the seamless coordination that allows a trip to unfold effortlessly. His work also extends into business development, cultivating trusted partnerships that elevate every client experience. Known for his steady guidance and attentive approach, he listens closely to what matters most — whether it is a milestone anniversary, a long-awaited family journey, or a first introduction to Italy — and builds each trip with intention.
He returns to Italy several times a year, spending time in the regions he knows best: Umbria, Tuscany, Rome, and the Italian Riviera. He is especially drawn to the understated elegance of Umbria and the timeless beauty of Tuscany’s countryside. His expertise lies not only in knowing where to go, but in understanding how a journey should feel — when to slow the pace, when to linger in a hilltop town, when a countryside stay changes the rhythm of a trip. These nuances, quietly considered, are often what transform travel into something deeply memorable.
Personally, he loves Italy in the fall, when golden light stretches across vineyards and the air turns crisp in the evenings. Harvest season, a glass of red wine, and a simple yet perfect plate of pasta — whether cacio e pepe in Rome or pappardelle in Tuscany — capture much of what he cherishes about the country. Some of his favorite moments are the quietest: an early morning espresso in a tucked-away piazza, or a dinner that unfolds slowly, without hurry.
For him, helping others experience Italy is an act of care. Italy has a way of drawing people closer — to one another, to history, to the beauty of everyday life. His hope is that every client feels the thoughtfulness behind their journey and returns home not only with photographs, but with a sense of having truly lived — and been welcomed into — Italy.
