From her home in Franklin, Tennessee, Marianne carries Italy with her wherever she goes. Raised in a close-knit Italian family in Cranston, Rhode Island, her childhood was shaped by Sunday dinners, strong espresso, animated conversation, and recipes passed carefully from one generation to the next. Italy was never simply a destination — it was a way of life, loving people through food and presence. The values of family, hospitality, and tradition were woven into her upbringing long before she ever traveled across the Atlantic.
Married since 2000 and a proud mother of two adult children — now also a grandmother — family has always been at the center of her world. For Marianne, family has always been the anchor — a value that naturally extends into the way she approaches her work and the care she gives to each client journey.
As Project Manager at Italy With Bella, Marianne is the quiet force ensuring every detail aligns. Behind the scenes, every beautifully designed journey carries her signature attention to detail. She oversees trip coordination and administrative execution with precision and grace — confirming logistics, managing regional transitions, and thoughtfully orchestrating the many moving parts that allow clients to travel with ease. Her work may not always be visible, but it is deeply felt. She understands that true luxury is seamlessness, and that peace of mind is one of the greatest gifts a travel experience can offer.
Tuscany and Umbria are the regions closest to her heart, and she returns to Italy each year to remain connected to the landscapes and traditions she loves. She is drawn to Tuscany’s winding countryside roads and Umbria’s understated hidden gems— places where authenticity still defines daily life. She believes the most meaningful experiences often happen in the in-between moments — the drive between villages, the spontaneous stop in a medieval town, the unplanned conversation that lingers.
Among all of Italy’s beauty, it is Tuscany and Umbria that she loves most — especially in the fall. She treasures driving through the Tuscan hills as vineyards turn golden, stopping to explore towns like Città della Pieve, where history unfolds along quiet stone streets. A comforting plate of Bolognese, enjoyed slowly and without distraction, captures for her the essence of Italian hospitality: simple, generous, and deeply rooted.
Marianne’s greatest hope is that every client feels immersed in the authentic Italy she has always known — not simply observing it, but stepping fully into its traditions, flavors, and warmth. When a journey is thoughtfully coordinated and grounded in genuine cultural understanding, it creates space for connection, belonging, and memories that feel both personal and timeless.
